My radio debut

Today was my radio debut, I was interviewed by an old friend Denise Oliver, who I met during my Nutritional Healing Foundation training, on Calon FM a community radio programme.  I will put the links so you can listen again, but its only available for 7 days, both shows aired on 2nd October and I will give the links below;

I have to say I had a great time and really enjoyed being on the radio, the time went really quickly and Denise and I chatted about my journey through Nutritional Healing and into wellness coaching. I also got to choose 6 records to play, which I spent some time over and was really pleased with my choice.  I chose Nahko Bear - Great Spirit to start with to kind of set the stage, then walking away from Craig David - I played this a lot to help me have the strength to leave a 25 year marriage that was really not serving me anymore.  Gabrielle and Dreams can come true - Great to spur anyone on to achieve their dreams, Wonderful world by Louis Armstrong was for my 84 year old dad - his favourite record and it is a wonderful world.  Wild is the wind by David Bowie was to remember my misspent youth at Pips night club in Manchester, Angels prayer is a great track to do yoga to and very uplifting, and also a Greek record thrown in for good measure and to mark my time as a rep in Kalymnos.

  Got me thinking that I wouldn't mind my own radio show - wonder if I could get hold of some technology to do it?  Watch this space :-)
